  • Early to bed, early to rise is healthy. This well-known saying only applies to early birds. If you’re more of a night owl, this lifestyle will only make your life harder.
  • I only really sleep well if I sleep right through. This isn’t true. Waking up several times a night is perfectly normal as long as you go back to sleep quickly.
  • A bad day follows a bad night’s sleep. This doesn’t have to be the case. Even if you have slept badly, you are normally able to perform to 80% of your normal capacity.
